InfoSAMCA Channel enables individuals who in the context of their employment or professional relationship with the SAMCA Group submit communications concerning Infringements that have occurred or are very likely to occur and which the Whistleblower has become aware of in the context of his employment or professional relationship with the SAMCA Group.

Reports may be submitted through the following form and the processing procedure aplicable to the Reports.

The SAMCA Group will mantain the confidentiality regarding the identity of the Whistleblower and any third parties mentioned in the Report. Likewise, the SAMCA Group guarantees that Whistleblowers acting in good faith will not suffer retaliation as a result of submitting a Report.
